The Bayside Grange # 500 is the preferred venue for a fundraiser, meeting, or educational program. We promote diverse cultural programming and strengthen sustainable agriculture networks. The "Grange" is a national fraternal organization, the "Patrons of Husbandry" and has been around since 1867.
ServicesHall RentalThe Bayside Grange is suitable for classes, wedding receptions, community gatherings, fundraisers, and workshops. We have Non-profit and Youth Rates. Insurance is available. ProgramsA Place for Community to GatherThe Bayside Grange #500 works with organizations to host events that share knowledge and raise funds for a number of non profits. Check the calendar often for a rich variety of family and grown-up happenings. Everyone is welcome to public events that hare cultural traditions, promote sustainability, assist farmers, foster historic preservation, celebrate youth talent, work for peace, share diverse music and dance and raise funds for those in need. Grange MovementThe Grange Movement was a way to support farmers. Now, years later Progressive Granges across California are defining a new agenda. The Grange is the oldest agricultural fraternity in the country. Yet over the years, many organizations have emerged to provide assistance in strengthening the economics of the family farm, installing production methods using alternative energy, balancing the needs of farms & fisheries, supporting "buying fresh - buying local".
