Security Deposit: $300.00. The date for an event will be confirmed and reserved ONLY when the rental agreement and security deposit has been received by the Grange.

INSURANCE: A Certificate of Insurance is required, listing the Bayside Grange Hall # 500 as "additionally insured" for the date of your event at $500,000. This may be obtained from a homeowners, business or special event policy.

Alcohol: All fundraising events where the public attends must have a permit from from the Department of Alcohol Beverage Control Alcohol and alcohol coverage listed on their insurance.

PURCHASE INSURANCE:
For an additional charge, the Bayside Grange can provide special event coverage and a Certificate of Insurance through Diversified Risk Insurers. Contact the Hall Manager to get a quote. If Insurance is purchased through the Bayside Grange, the Certificate of Insurance Fees will be deposited in the bank upon receipt.
